Peter is personable, pragmatic, commercial and not afraid to ask the hard questions to secure sustainable success strategies. Peter has a significant depth of business experience, particularly in the areas of change management, merger integration, project management, people development and communication.
In addition to undertaking business and executive coaching, Peter assists individuals undertake outplacement programs following retrenchment from major organizations. Peter has also recently consulted to major accounting and legal professional services firms on strategic practice management issues.
Peter was employed by PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) in Australia from 1980 to 2005 in both client facing professional advisory and internal practice management roles, including National Operations Director from 2001 to 2005. He had significant involvement in the merger of the legacy firms of PwC, the rationalisation and reorganisation of various business units therein and then the strategic realignment of the firm to meet market demands.
