Mentoring and coaching is very effective for those in executive positions. Besides the professional support it also provides personal support as it can be lonely at the top.Our one-on-one coaching and mentoring sessions are usually conducted in blocks of six sessions and usually take about 1 1/2 hours per session or as agreed on by both parties.
