Counselling
Besides Employee Assistance Programmes and Career Counselling, CORPORATE XL helps their clients deal with personal as well as professional issues. Tao de Haas is a registered Psychotherapist and Counsellor and the director Corporate XL's counselling service. We deal with relationship issues, stress related issues, depression, grief, stress, inner struggles and confusion, loss of direction, low self-esteem, loneliness, anxiety.
Facilitation & Mediation
Facilitation of meetings, group processes and brainstorming sessions. Many organisations could function so much more efficiently and effectively. What often stands in the way is: lack of effective communication, ineffective and time wasting meetings, not dealing with tension that often leads to conflict, lack of clarity of roles and responsibilities, lack of understanding of personality differences, and issues being recycled rather than addressed.Too many organisations think that a team building day is the solution, it is not. It is like taking a dysfunctional family on a yearly picnic which might be nice but it does not solve anything much.
Workshops & Presentations
Most of our workshops and presentations are most suitable and recommended for staff retreats and conferences and can be delivered as:
- Key notes and presentations. Duration from ½ hour to 3 hours.
- Workshops. Duration generally from 3 hours - ½ day - one full day or 2 days in duration.
- Training program to be delivered in units over a period of time based on client needs.
Even though we attempt to make our key notes and presentations interactive, workshops allow for more interaction and can range from ½ day to extensive training depending on the needs of each individual client.
